NO!: Lung cancer has been eliminated as a realistic diagnosis. Move on, be glad. There are rather more mundane causes for shoulder pain. See an orthopedic surgeon and find out what's going on with that shoulder.

Contrast Not Needed: Contrast does not help find a lung tumor on a ct scan. Musculoskeletal pain can take a long time to resolve. If there is an reason to suspect another cause, an MRI would be a much better test. Also, lung cancer is very rare in 37 year olds and there are many more common benign conditions that could be causing these symptoms.
