More info...: So far, your symptoms and labs could be due to acute bronchitis, possibly from a bacterial infection given the "segs". But, the low MCV and MCH could be related to anemia, including iron deficiency anemia but what is the hemoglobin and hematocrit? That information would be helpful to completely answer your question and concern.

Shortness of breath/Air hunger. wheezing ( only upon first deep breath when lying down). gets better during sleep. CT scan chest normal, spirometry values normal per east Indian standard, abnormal per Caucasian standards. PEF always normal. Asthma ?
