Not to worry: Sounds 100% muscular given that you can reproduce the pain with change in body position. Elevated WBC count can mean infection. I don't have the luxary of seeing your bloodwork, so hard to comment. Stress can sometimes increase it as can inflammation, which may be related to an injury. Night Terrors could also be from stress or anxiety too. It's too vague of a symptom. Given your young age
