Is 34 year old male at risk of myocarditis from covid vaccine or is he past age of worry? my son got first shot & he says he feels a 1 out of 100 pinch feeling in his chest, no other symptoms and no health issues at all, he is a bit of hypocondriac?

He does not have symptoms of myocarditis. So there is no reason to worry. Myocarditis produces very prominent symptoms such as shortness of breath and marked weakness. Chest pain is not like he has, it is quite obvious. So ask him to be out and active doing normal activities.

Myocarditis is very rare and is not subtle in presentation and this has not occurred. Do not worry and get #2 jab on schedule
