Can endometrial polyps cause yellowish color discharge.. i'm 3 years post menopause and getting small amounts of this color discharge a couple of times a week for about 3 months! i'm very nervous and dont want a biopsy?

Endometrial polyps, endometrial overgrowth(hyperplasia), and endometrial or cervical cancer can all cause the post menopausal old blood yellowish discharge. A GYN MD visit and biopsy is the only way to differentiate the potential diagnosis.
