Regular cycles: If the diagnosis of disordered proliferative endometrium was preceded by a uterine curettage, the disordered endometrium should have been removed providing an opportunity for an orderly cycle with the chance of pregnancy to commence.

Endometrial tissue: Endometrial polyps can be removed via hysteroscopy. An Endometrial biopsy is not usually effective at removing a polyp. Disordered proliferative endometrium is a normal benign finding and would not impact when one choses to get pregnant.
