A member asked:

What will be done at my gyno for a yellowish gold discharge after menopause, will i need a biopsy? i am seeing it once in a while when i wipe..i'm nervous and do t want to go?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The GYN will examine you and probably the discharge and treat you according to his diagnosis. Biopsy is done for suspicious growths. Biopsies are done after full explanation and wit a patients consent. So pl do not be afraid and go see her/him. nothing will be , or should be done without your consent
