Lack of deep sleep: Waking up in the middle of sleep is the cause of this day tirdeness,You interrupt the REM which is rapid eye movement sleep which is very important for brain to recover and all your body muscles to recover,you shoud sleep for at least 7-9 hours without any interruption,Changing your daily routine will help.Exercise daily,don't exercise before sleeping directly.don't stay in bed for long periods.
