I have migraine. some days i feel so sleepy at morning and after that whether i get sleep or not my headache starts. is it related to migraine?

Complex: Your migraine pattern sounds progressively out of control, and needs a preventative approach. Using frequent tylenol (acetaminophen) or excedrin can lead to "chronic daily headaches". I wonder if you have a sleep disorder also contributing to your problems. See a local neurologist, get this sorted out and start a treatment program.
