Oversleep?: Too much sleep can cause problems too. It interferes with the restorative qualities of sleep. People with pain often sleep poorly, and feel insufficiently rested after sleeping, so they may need to try to sleep more. Changing the timing of wake and sleep may also cause headaches. It is also a good idea to limit naps to 20-30 minutes.
