What can i do if my body fat is high but and i want to reduce it little bit. i am 16 bmi 23 and 16% body fat want to be 12% body fat. can i do something about it because it will require calorie deficit and i've heard that calorie deficit stunt growth?

It's healthy to loose weight slowly and steadily by reducing your calorie intake to slightly below your calorie utilization. You can do this by reducing intake, increasing exercise, or both. Before going on a diet you should have a complete medical, including cardiac, physical including appropriate lab tests. your efforts should be supervised by your GP or by a Nutritionist.
