Probably Not: julia, to know for sure a pathologist should look at your peripheral blood smear and determine if any atypical lymphocytes or blasts are present. Usually an impedance CBC (coulter) machine flags a blood smear for atypical cells for review by pathologist. At that time, if atypical lymphocytes or blasts are present, flow cytometry of your blood may need to be performed. Dr Hilliard
