Hello doctor, i keep getting this random twiching on my left hand skin and index finger of right hand too twiches for 1-2 second and stops. this happens atleast twice-thrice in half and hour usually when i am rest. i do have rls and take gabapentin?

Tremors are a common side effect of gabapentin. If this started after you initiated gabapentin or increased it, this could be the cause. I would first speak to the prescribing doc about this to get guidance on your next step. Another possibility is fasciculations that can arise from fatigue, poor sleep and/or excessive caffeine intake.
