Very common side effect from gabapentin and likely it will continue. Certainly many other alternatives, including Lyrica and several dopamine agonists, giving a number of medications to try. Tapering to a lower gabapentin dose may help, but you may lose the effect on the RLS.

Hello Doctor, I keep getting this random twiching on my left hand skin and index finger of right hand too twiches for 1-2 second and stops. This happens atleast twice-thrice in half and hour usually when i am rest. I do have RLS and take gabapentin?
