I have pcos- they said that cervical cancer is a big risk. i am having pain with sex, irregular bleeding and horrible periods. i havent had a period in 5 years and now have one. is this something i think i should worry about?

PCOS is actually a risk factor for uterine cancer which is very different from cervical. Because of the hormone in balance with PCOS do you have an excess of estrogen that can cause overgrowth of the lining of the uterus. Luckily this is a relatively rare complication. That being said it still is very much worthwhile to have your PCOS evaluated and treated and that will Remove the risk
