PCOS: PCOS can disrupt the normal menstrual cycle and contribute to infertility. Women are often treated by taking birth control pills. If you have lost a fair amount of weight, you may be getting normal periods again. If you have not had a pap smear in 3 years, I recommend that you have one and a complete pelvic exam.
