6w4 days pregnant (approx) gestational sac is 14mm - has doubled in size in 10 days yolk sac present and 2mm fetal pole no heartbeat, will i miscarry?

It may simply be too early to detect a heartbeat sonogram. The increasing size of the gestational sack as well as the presence of a yolk sac is positive. The only way to know is to wait and repeat the sonogram in three or four weeks
