I have been diagnosed with mild cognitive disorder due to tbi and have right hemisphere damage causing vision deficits. i also may have a seizure disorder due to unusual sensory experiences and disassociations. what supplements/vitamins could help?

Sorry you have suffered a TBI. If you have seizure activity, c/w post-traumatic epilepsy, see a neurologist ASAP, and start anti-epileptic meds. You should avoid driving, activities at heights, use of power equipment, swimming or bathing alone. Unfortunately, unless you have a deficiency, supplements and vitamins will provide no benefits whatsoever.
