A member asked:

I had a tbi a couple years ago, & for the the past year been seeing bright white dots in my vision, & colored shapes. is it seizure related?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Check eye: Sounds more like issues with vitreous or retinal changes, such as floaters or detachments, and the colored shapes and bright dots could also be secondary to post-traumatic complex migraine events. Could use a prophylactic anti-migraine drug, and see if events depart.
