Can muscle jerks be caused by low vitamin d? it's more active when i'm relaxed. legs, hands, neck and back it's not constant like an actual seizure.

See doctor: Calcium deficiency can do this. Take high calcium diet & 1000 mg of tablet may need magnesium also.Nuts are high in magnesium. Check Vitamin D level in blood- should be around 50
