An initial seizure, if truly an epileptic event, may be difficult to visualize, even on MRI, but high cholesterol and "mini strokes" may be etiological clues. Key question is risk of second or more events, and decision for anti-epileptic medication is salient. An EEG could guide decisions. Prudent to see a neurologist ASAP and collaborate on management.
