Yes: A recent review of vitamins found no evidence that they are any help in nonpregnant females. However for most there is no danger. Any multivitamin would be fine and safe. lamactil is not an issue

Vitamins and Rx: Taking vitamins with lamotrigine is safe. There are no restrictions.
A women's multivitamin, calcium, and vitamin D are a good idea for anyone, and certainly for someone with a history of seizures.
