A member asked:

Which vitamin supplement would be best for improving memory and other cognitive functions ??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ALZHEIMER MODEL: Not fully clear if vitamins do improve memory in anyone, but there is evidence to suggest that Vitamin D-3 supplementation can help many neurological issues, including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Some prior studies on mild cognitive impairment suggested potential value for biologically active B-6, B-12, but this might best apply to those who have elevations of homocysteine. Hope this helps.
