Central tears in the articular disc of the tfcc become increasingly common as we age. If the tfcc tear is determined to be the source of your pain and it persists despite non-surgical treatment, then wrist arthroscopy and tfcc debridement can be very helpful. The ganglion cysts are less concerning. Let pain and function be your guide.
