A member asked:

I live in arizona (phoenix at the moment) where the coolest is 95 right now. i used to walk 3x (30 mins each) a day and now i can't. should i just walk in the heat and bring water?

If you have access to an indoor mall with air-conditioning, it would be safer to walk inside. Drinking water will help but exerting in a hot environment carries the risk of hyperthermia. You may try a different way to exercise, e.g. rope jumping, treadmill, or elliptical, in a cool room. Wish you good health!
