Used wrong leg after thr to step up on a curb and now have an ache in the quad muscle. ice, heat or both? i can still walk and the pain isn't bad.

Injury: After acute injury ice is always a good thing. Three days later heat may help. Massage the muscle may help and physical therapy may help to ensure you don't further injure the progress you make after your hip replacement. Proper diet and excercize play key roles in your recovery. Hope this helps.
