My rt knee hurts. i hurt it 30 yrs ago, & 3days ago i slipped on some water & now it hurts to walk, sit, or anything. nothing out, it hurts badly ! ?

Address the injury: To be on safe side, have your doctor evaluate, as knee injuries can become persistent and even progressive. You may need orthopedist to look at it, but perhaps a course of physical therapy can stabilize in a short time.

Be seen.: I would not hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis, in part to make sure it is not something that will cause you potential for further long term problems with that knee.
