You should see a lung doctor, called a pulmonologist, to find out what is causing your symptoms and get the proper treatment. You may have bronchospasm related to your infections and an inhaler may be needed. You may need testing, like pulmonary function testing, chest x-ray or CT scan, etc. to diagnose what the problem is.
