I have a lump on the left inside shin under my knee.ive had it for awhile but it never bothered me until recently.it seems to have gotten a little bigger and both my ankles recently have started swelling at the end of the day...?

The lump or whatever it is on the left tibia is not the reason for bilateral ankle swelling (edema) at the end of the day. Unfortunately, you may have some systemic condition which can cause leg edema. Please see your doctor for a thorough exam, blood and urine tests.
