I recently did a roofing job and stressed my knee somehow and my knee starts locking up and i can't bend it all the way and after the job is over my legs my lower leg starts swelling up on the left side and it's been swelled up for about 3 days now?

Doppler ultrasound of the left leg should be done to rule out deep venous thrombosis (DVT). You can see your family doctor for the order or go to an urgent care if you do not have a family doctor.
