I have a small lump on the inside of my right shin hurts really bad. my whole leg hurts at times and i have swelling and discomfort. what can it be?

Lump: Without an exam it would be guessing at things like boils, abscesses, lipomas, cysts, folliculitis, etc. But as stated, these are guesses. Get eval and properly diagnosed so any necessary treatment would occur. Best wishes.
