I have lumbar spinal stenosis, but now i get pain in my upper left thigh and it travels down my leg. is this from lss? no swelling or lumps.

Possibly: Spinal stenosis can cause your symptoms especially if you also have a bulging disc at that level. Epidural steroid injections and/or treatment with some medications may improve your pain. I would suggest consulting a pain management physician.
