I have a lump on the left inside shin under my knee.ive had it for awhile but it never bothered me until recently.it seems to have gotten a little bigger and both my ankles recently have started swelling at the end of the day?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Ankle swelling and shin bump may be unrelated. Ankle swelling warrants an in-person evaluation. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
