No: especially in a young woman, when they breasts may be mammographically "dense" and potentially mask an abnormality, it is not uncommon to see something on ultrasound and not be able to see it on the mammogram. Intramammary lymph nodes are normal, so unless they mentioned something suspicious about the lymph node, it is probably nothing of concern.
