On breast imaging (u/s, mam), 1st radiologist sees no sign of axial lymph node abnormality. 2nd radiologist sees suggestion of mild cortical thickening of a r. axial lymph node. r. breast clear on both exams. l. breast cyst benign. 6 mo f/up ok?

The suggestion of a ‘mild cortical thickening’ in art axial lymph node suggests possible metastasis. It would be best to order an MRI to make a definitive diagnosis and then follow up as needed

I had possible bloody nipple discharge, so I had an u/s done today. One breast has 2 8mm complicated cysts. Bc of discharge, dr recommended a mammogram. What are complicated cysts? Why would dr also recommend mam- what can it see that u/s can't?
