Should h pylori be treated i sometimes had epigastric pain wich relieved by ppi with gases and no other complaints i previously tried atriple therapy for the h pylori but it failed so what is your advice?

The treatment failed because of the side effects or H. Pylori persisted after the treatment. By UPTODATE: approximately 20 percent of patients fail an initial attempt at H. pylori eradication. Your doctor can prescribe a different regimen so you can stay away from PPI forever along with its possible adverse effects.
