Position?: It may be positional. If cardiac and renal problems have been ruled out, problems in venous and/or lymphatic drainage could cause swelling in arms. See your physician. May try keeping your arms above your body and/or straight during sleep. You may need further testing.

Swollen hands: Sorry but you need to be more precise as we need more info. When was your last blood work relative to swollen hands? If blood before these symptoms started, need repeat labs. Otherwise, time to consider autoimmune conditions. Or recent travel/camping. Ill contacts. New medications (perhaps b/c methylprednisolone), herbs, dietary supplements etc regardless of how natural pure & organic. Go c ur doc.
