Glad your MRI was normal, BUT, appears that your evaluation is only partially completed. You now need an ophthalmologist to directly evaluate your eyes, as the images did not rule out intra-ocular problems such as glaucoma.

For a glaucoma work-up, you will need best-corrected visual acuity tested, visual field testing, dilated fundus examination, and probably optical coherence tomography and photography. As a glaucoma suspect, you will need a relationship with your glaucoma doctor so that any progression can be monitored and analyzed. If you do have glaucoma, the first line of treatment is usually drops.
