One eye itchy, red and face/skin around the eye puffy. symptoms went away after a few days. i took no meds. symptoms came back 2 weeks later. eye doc says no infection and optic nerve looks good. ordered mri. should i be worried?

The symptoms are almost allergic related but I wonder why only one eye is involved. I am not worry if there is no problem with vision. Good luck.
