Need to know what PSV and EDV stands for CERTAIN. PSV Usually means peak systolic velocity and is a measure of his fast blood is flowing thru the vessel. This is a function of how much pressure the heart is pumping and the radius of the vessel. If it is a screening ultrasound they should not be being done anymore as they lead to unneeded surgery & stroke from the surgery. Discuss with Dr there
