I take adderall xr for adhd, today i have a migraine. i took my nurtec. am i able to take my phenergan?

All meds are to be taken as instructed. While there are no known drug-drug interaction between adderall, nurtec and phenergan, they all can cause side effects and the risk increases with polypharmacy.
