Just stop: You can just take some days off. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) works for a few hours after you take it, and then stops. There is no long term effect when taken as prescribed. Be sure to tell your doctor.

Taper the dose: I would strongly recommend against stopping cold turkey. Work with your doctor to gradually reduce your dose.

Wait...: ..You should ask your prescribing physician's office tomorrow if it's safe to stop or take a break, and, if so, how to go about it. It's not prudent to do so otherwise. Good luck.
