Severe migraine, took fioricet, didn't help. can i take maxalt and a phenergan (promethazine)?

Migrane: Migraines are sometimes hard to treat, I know I get them. Maxalt can be taken if your headache is still there you can repeat in 2 hours. It tends to work better at the start of a headache. Phenergan (promethazine) is for nausea, you certainly can take it with either of the mentioned medications. Make sure you have nausea before taking it. Make sure you go to a dark, quiet room and try to sleep.

No harm: Try not to use narcotics for migraines. Maxalt and Phenergan (promethazine) may give you some relief along with a nap. All the best.
