My 14 month old's weight has become constant for almost 4 months now. he had a good weight gain until then. bw 2.9kg, cw 9kg. active and other things seem ok.poops are light smelly at times. vegetarian diet. should this be a cause of concern?

His weight is supposed to be around 10 kg by now. How's about his height? Does it also stop or he continues to grow? If his height ceases after 10 months, he needs to be evaluated. If he gets taller, I would observe for now and the relative weight loss (or no weight gain for 4 months) could be from the diet change after the 10th month.
