My baby, 14 month old's weight has become constant for almost 4 months now. he had a good weight gain until then. bw 2.9kg, cw 9kg. active and other things seem ok.poops are light smelly at times. vegetarian diet. should this be a cause of concern?

His weight should be followed closely for the next couple of months. Be sure he has enough protein and iron from other foods as he is having a vegetarian diet. Children do go through times of not much weight gain, so may not be concerning, especially if he is growing in height. If still no gain in next few months, consider seeing a specialist or having some testing done.
