Nothing to worry: The 2 month old has viral diarrhea, most likely Rotavirus, for which he hasn't been immunized. Nothing else to do except making sure he remains well hydrated. If diarrhea persists beyond 2-3 wks, you may need to temporary switch to lactose free formula.
