I have flu like symptoms for 1.5 days now stffy nose coughing, fatigue etc.1 hour ago i felt a bit cold so i mesured my temp and it came out to around 37.5c 15m later i feel worse its 38.3c 15m later around 39c. its rapidly changing. head hurts too?

Temp of 39C is not unusual in viral infection. You can take Acetaminophen 650 mg or Ibuprofen 400 mg every 6 hours as needed for high temp and headache. Or you can use any OTC product which contain antipyretic, decongestant and cough suppressant.
