Not sure if i got flu but experiencing constantly coughing, temp of 37.2, one minute hot then cold, blocked nose and sinus playing up, headache, tired, sneezing and pains in parts of my joints?

Could be: It is hard to tell for sure but your symptoms may well be flu. If these symptoms have been present for less than 48 hrs and especially when there is a flu epidemic going on, an antiviral pill may help cut down the duration of your symptoms.
