Not likely COVID. They should have tested you for flu as well if it is going around. If not then most likely a cold or similar virus. Don;t know if you all are having dust/sand storms there but also consider allergies

The PCR test is the most reliable COVID test, if negative than you are fine. Your symptoms could be from allergies, cold, dust, or mold present in house. If fever develops see your doctor now.
