Viral URTI: This sounds like an upper respiratory tract infection commonly caused by viruses. Fevers, chills, congestion, increased sensitivity are are typical symptoms of the common cold. If the symptoms persist for more than a week or if the symptoms worsen rather than improve over time, you need to see your GP to rule out a bacterial cause of the infection.

Could be flu: Tamiflu is the correct therapy in this setting but it's more effective if it's initiated as soon as the symptoms begin. You have not mentioned how long you've had the symptoms. Your physician will also look for other causes of these symptoms as other viral infections besides the flu can have similar symptoms
